TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- All rights and obligations are precisely regulated by the lease to be signed before taking over the vehicle.
- The person who rents the vehicle must possess identification documents and driver's license for at least two years.
- Persons under the age of 22 years cannot rent a car.
- The client is bound to notify his intention to extent the rent at least 24 hours before the end of the lease.
- During the term of the lease, the agency bears no responsibility for any violation of Law on traffic security on the roads by the user.
- Unlimited mileage.
- CASCO insurance included in all prices.
- Help on the road in Montenegro is available 24 hours a day.
PAYMENT AND COSTS
- Rent is paid in advance by cash or credit card.
- All prices include VAT (value added tax).
- Fuel is not included in the price; the customer is obliged to return the retrieved fuel state.
- The cost of repairing a car tire, traffic fines, parking, loss of equipment, tools, documents and costs regarding services of the special vehicle “Spider” – are all paid by the customer.

- Free delivery on the territory of Montenegro.
